Sheila Story – 30 Pounds Off with Eat Sleep Burn Method in 5 Months
It’s yet another morning, and I have to get ready for work. Mornings for me are the hardest; it’s when I’m at my lowest of lows. I know what happens as soon as I get out of that shower.
As soon as I start drying myself up, I see it out of the corner of my eye. I normally try to avoid the mirror as much as I can. I now start scrutinizing my body in the mirror, full of shame and anger and disappointment. When did this happen to me? What did I do wrong?
I can see the love handles, the rolls on my back, the flabby arms, and what I hate more than anything, the large belly. My belly is the most disgusting part about me, and I hate it so much.
My name is Sheila. I am a 26-year-old banker, single, and I work in an office full of male colleagues. I can always tell what they think about me. There are the polite ones who notice how big I’ve become but are too nice to tell me. Then there are the blunt ones who always tell me I have to lose weight. Worse of all is the jock-type ones who are always making fun of my stomach, throw in the occasional crude ‘when are you due’ jokes.
My Failed Weight Loss Journey
Ever since my tummy started getting larger, I did all I could to get rid of it. The famed exercises, promising weight loss in just two weeks? Tried them all, no results. I even got into the famous diets; keto, paleo, vegan, nothing worked. I bought these subscription plans for planned meal kits every day, these took a huge chunk of my money, and they disappointed me as well.
I stopped going out because I couldn’t handle the shame and depression that hit me every time. I could see the guys stare at me in disgust, and I could hear people making fun of me. My family was no better. My mother always tells me I let myself go; my brother makes fun of me every time he sees me. How could I tell people that I’m trying as hard as I can? How do I let them know it’s not easy?
Then the solution came to me one day at work. I was talking to my friend and colleague, Kate. She sympathized with me and told me she could feel my pain. A close friend of hers had gone through the same thing; the exercises, the endless and expensive diets, and the disappointment. But she’d discovered a solution. And it worked for me too!
The Solution: Eat Sleep Burn
The second I got home, I Googled the Eat Sleep Burn method. Their catchy advertisement: discover the near-magical method to lose unwanted belly fat naturally and safely while you sleep made me skeptical . Surely, if diet and exercise couldn’t help me, how could sleep work. Admittedly, I don’t get enough sleep at night mostly due to work stress and depression over my weight keeping me up. I kept reading against my better judgment, and am I glad I did.
A few paragraphs in, and it all started making sense. They talked about how a specific form of deep sleep is necessary for your body to work. Sleep was the problem all along! Our bodies need restorative sleep for us to lose weight. It all added up.
Sleep? Really?
The article talks about why you’re not losing weight even with diet and exercise. If you don’t get enough of the specific restorative sleep:
You will get hungry all the time. Getting unhealthy sleep messes with your hunger hormones. One of these hormones is Leptin which is what lets your body know you’re full. Shallow sleep makes your body think you’re hungry, causing bouts of hunger even after eating healthily. Another of these hormones is Ghrelin. Lack of sleep causes the levels of this hormone to go up, which drives your hunger through the roof.
The other hormone disrupted by unhealthy sleep is Cortisol, which directly deposits fat on the belly. Every night of unhealthy sleep adds to the Cortisol levels, which ends up inflating your tummy, drives up cholesterol and blood pressure, and a host of other problems.
Bad sleep also destroys your R.E.R (the Respiratory Exchange Rate), which results in your body burning lean tissue instead of fat for energy. Losing lean weight makes you burn lesser calories, making it harder for you to lose weight. So yes, bad sleep is the enemy of weight loss. So, what can you do?
The Answer
The article talked about a manual, aptly titled “Eat Sleep Burn”. Here, I learned about what they call a “shutdown sequence” and a special brew of tea that helps get better sleep. I leapt on the chance and immediately signed up for their subscription, and I’ve never felt better.
I closely followed the spices needed to brew the special tea and religiously followed the Shutdown Sequence, and within a week, I started seeing the changes.
Update. Result After 5 Months – 30 Pounds Off
First to go was the constant bloating. I woke up one morning and felt lighter than I had in a long time. Then I noticed my face depuffing. Gone were the puffed eyes and face, then slowly, almost unbelievably at first, the belly started disappearing.
I am now a month and a half in, and my body has completely changed. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far, without changing my diet or exercising myself to death. I do the regular exercises three times a day, but it’s nothing extreme. This subscription has worked wonders for me. I am now more confident in my skin than I ever was. I go out, and I can wear the clothes I’d long given up on.
My confidence is back in full force, and I can’t imagine all this came from a simple solution. Gone are the derogatory remarks and fat jokes, the depressing mornings, the expensive diet plans and pills. I now look forward to each day, hungry for life and settle in with my tea for a peaceful night’s sleep.
All this can be yours too. Go to the Eat Sleep Burn website and claim your subscription today. Follow everything that comes in the manual, and you will see the astounding changes in no time. It is totally worth it!

Inspiring story but, frankly speaking, a I’m rather skeptical about weight loss products… I do not believe in miracle pills, but who knows, maybe, Eat Sleep Burn method really works, haven’t tried yet.

In some ways I recognized myself, but in others I didn’t. I learned that sleep also contributes to keeping the body in good shape, and began to adhere to the rule of good sleep. To be honest, I like the results!
