    I would like to thank the author of this wonderful book for positively impacting our lives with it and stating all of the information precise and clear.
    It reads about losing weight in your sleep – well, isn’t that a dream? 😄
    Following instructions, I was able to go from 60 kg down to 50, which is a huge improvement for me, as I have trouble losing weight. 10/10, I surely recommend this.

    From an early age I am very overweight. I tried a lot of diets and methods. My aunt suggested a book about the method “Eat Sleep BURN”. Diets helped, but I broke down very quickly, I was ready to go under the knife. But to my happiness, mine told me about the Eat Sleep Burn program.     This book changed my life for the better, obviously. I managed to lose around 10 kg just by deep sleeping with that technique that was described in the book. Recently I’ve bought one more e-copy to my mom’s Kindle so she was able to start applying this method to her and my dad’s life. She’s just begun transforming her body and already says that she loves it because of being fully refreshed after a nap.

    During this year I note healthy habits in my diary. Deep sleep is one of them. It is good for me, for my sense and my body. Of late years I got a few extra pounds.
