Delicious Rice Soup Recipe From Olesia

Soup Ingredients:
- 200g ground beef
- 240g potatoes
- 90g sweet bell pepper
- 50g rice
- 50g carrots
- 60g onions
- 15g tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove
- 2g sunflower oil
- Salt, pepper, spices to taste (I have smoked paprika), bay leaf.

Preparation
Make meatballs – salt, pepper and make balls 1.5-2 cm in diameter. Grate carrot, onion, pepper, potatoes – chop as you like, chop garlic finely. Pour 1 liter of water into a pot. After it boils add rice, salt and cook for 15 minutes. Onion fry in oil in a frying pan, add carrots and stew for 5 minutes. Pour 300 ml of water and add more water if necessary. Add the garlic, potatoes, peppers and water and stew until the rice is cooked. Add the tomato paste, the rest of the water, pepper, paprika and season with salt. Put vegetables from the pan into a saucepan with the rice, add meatballs and cook for 15-20 minutes more. Serve with greens.
