    As far as I remember, already from school I differed from other children by extra pounds. Once I came across an article with a Japanese diet menu. I don’t know why, but I firmly decided that I could do the same, and went on this diet. Everything was fine for me, I didn’t feel hungry, didn’t want any sweet treat and strictly followed the nutrition prescribed in this diet, and the kilograms were rapidly decreasing. Perhaps because the dishes of Japanese cuisine, when combined correctly, turn out to be very tasty and natural.

    The fact that Japanese women eat everything in small handfuls has long been known to me. Probably, this is their secret of harmony. After all, among them I have not even met fat women. They probably don’t make a cult out of food. The Japanese diet helped me not only to lose weight, but also to become more self-confident. At first it was difficult, but after a week I got used to it and became convinced that this diet is suitable for me. The diet is effective, I lost 7.5 kg in two weeks.

    Much has been written about the Japanese diet, in my opinion this diet is specific and products for it are not sold everywhere. But if you wish, you can buy them in large supermarkets. I love the Japanese diet that the foods are low in calories and high in fiber and are very effective for both weight loss and overall health! Minus 8 kg in 3 months, easy. With such a diet, you can not only lose weight, but also keep yourself in shape in the future.

    I never sat on a Japanese diet, lost weight simply by not eating anything. I decided to try the Japanese diet, I liked it in terms of the content of the products: fish, vegetables, coffee – everything that I love excluded a large amount of high-calorie cereals. Today is the third day, I really like it – 2.7 kg. The result, of course, is not bad, the weight goes away, but the volumes remain for now. I also want to say that a diet is a diet, but you should not forget about sports, 2-3 times a week is only in favor, and you are always in good shape! Let’s see what will happen next.

    The Japanese diet for 14 days interested me, in the near future I will definitely try and then I will write about the results. I have tried many diets, but with no results. I really hope that the Japanese diet will help me get rid of unnecessary excess weight and help keep my spirit and body young.
